Facility is in need of a upgrade. Both sink faucets leaked, beds were hard and broken, lighting was out, Pool time was limited closing at 6 - 8 pm, only one elevator working, no scoops available for the ice machines,

Close to beach and great virws

The carpet was dirty and in poor condition, the furnishings were old and worn. The sliding glass door to the patio, did not fit in the track properly, also when the wind blew the glass door would rattle in the metal track, I folder a thick advertisement and slid it into the track so the door could not move back and forth. Also, although there was a parking garage across the street, I had to park on the north side of the north tower, where my car was in the sunlight, and it was very hot inside each evening when I would leave to go to dinner.

I had no issues with the property at all. I was leery because of bad reviews, but c’mon now people. If all you’ve got to do is complain, there’s lots of hotels that cost 2-3x as much. Go spend your money there and I’ll come back here next year.

The property was very old and in dire need of an update. Overall conditional of hallway and common arears were very dirty. I was right on the beach, had a couple pools and convenience to most everything. The price was reasonable for mid August. If you can live with a little dirty and old then this is the place for you.

I don’t think the property was at fault as much that every where you looked, trash was building up. I believe it was due to the lack of workers in the area. “Help wanted” signs were every where. Staff was very friendly. The view was beautiful. Room was quite and comfortable.

Room had empty beer boxes under bed. Beer cap left under bed pillow. Trash left in hallway floors. Elevator had food & trash (cigar butt) in floor.

Room had ants. Dishes were dirty and not plentiful. Balcony chairs from the 70's and shouldn't be sat in. Carpet in room was gross and dirty. Beds uncomfortable. This was a last minute stay and they had a vacancy. The AC does work. Major renovation needed.

Do not ever stay at this place!! Bedbugs roaches dirty old furniture no one to call if your power goes out over night like ours did!! Stay away from this place cheaper than the rest because they are disgusting!!! My guests left this hotel room covered in bedbug bites !!!!! Front desk did nothing about it

When the room was booked, check in was 3pm. Upon arrival I was met by rude hotel staff and told I had to come back at 4 to check in. Upon re arrival I had to wait in line for a hour to check in. Once checked in, my resort fee taken, I was then informed my room was listed as a departure instead of arrival, therefore, it wasn’t ready. 2 additional hours later, 3 to 4 phone calls to Expedia later, being placed on eternal hold by Expedia and never being properly handled by Expedia, my family and I chose a different hotel. We never stepped foot in the room and am still waiting on a refund from Expedia.
