Boardwalk Beach Resort

The view to the ocean was pretty good. The place is like going back to the 90s it was so out dated needs a renovation. Also the beds and blankets are in a desperate need of replacement. Need a better house keeping. Room like it was not vacuum in a long time. I would suggest pay a little more and don't let Expedia trick you with the pictures. The rooms are nothing like what they look on the pictures.

The hotel is pretty run down. Our balcony door wouldn’t slide and broke when I tried to close it. Bathroom was remodeled. Rest was pretty run down. Elevators were kinda scary. No bathroom at the pool, or towels. No secured entrances, anyone can come and go anytime they please. It was fairly quiet until the weekend came and then good luck sleeping

The building stunk like mold, the elevator was very scary to ride, you prayed that you made it to your floor. Half the # ‘s on the elevator to know what floor you were on was gone. To me the building was very in safe.

This place is old, ceiling cracked, stove is so old, no space between bed, table and air conditioning. The key wasn’t even working to go inside the room, I have to call the receptionist. This place was so sketchy, the elevators are old and dirty. I will never recommend this place. Please do not book.

Very very outdated, location excellent

This hotel needs to be condemned. We were placed in the smaller hotel beside the one that we were under the impression that we had booked. It had boards over the doors, ripped curtains, torn up lampshades, carpet was ripped up and patched with newer carpeting, cigarette butts on the balcony floor, pubic hairs in the shower and in our bed. We used the sheets from the other bed to sleep on. If my husband hadn’t booked this for my birthday, I would have pitched a fit when I saw the conditions of this hotel, but I kept my mouth shut I did the best I could to tolerate it. He was so embarrassed but I wasn’t going to humiliate him by complaining. The constant 24/7 smell of marijuana was nauseating. I’m an avid traveler, and this is BY FAR, the ultimate worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Disgusting place.

I have stayed at this location multiple times before, but this time will be my last. The building I was in needs major repairs and upgrades. It smelled old and moldy. My room was in the north building and it was not even worth a while star. I was very disappointed in my stay.

the stay was good when i arrived the hotel said they did not have my reservation on file said hotel .com was suppose to give me my room number but after back and forth they look up my reservation and gave me a room number after that no problem the room was great and clean would rebook again

Outside was kept up and enhanced the beach vibe. Trees and courtyard were in excellent taste. Plenty of parking spaces. Don’t feel that we could have done any better price wise, cleanliness wise or friendly staff wise. Extremely quiet.
