The hotel needs some updating. Room was clean but again needs updating. Didn’t like the surprise of the hotel charging us an additional $50 fee when we got there because we went through Hotels.com. Thought what I paid was for the entire stay.

The property wasn’t nothing like it looked on the internet the kitchen was not what I excepted for the amount of money that I spent. The door was broken the first day of my stay. I’ve had way better stay plus cheaper price then wat I received. The place needs a upgrade

The was alright and the view of the ocean was great. At first we thought we was the only ones in the hotel. Then we seen other guests later. Other than that everything was good.

We paid over $700.00 for a 5 day stay. Housekeeping no longer makes the bed...they empty trash and replenish the towels .. Instead of our room being in the newer tower we were placed in the shorter building that needs painting on the outside, insides, hallways. The room was not vacuumed when we checked in nor was it vacuumed in the 5 days we were there. The bathroom needs a good cleaning. The door from the outside parking lot to the inside vending area stays open 24/7 and is propped open with an orange hazard cone...which is very dangerous.. There are dozens of nice and clean hotels on Ocean Blvd that are fairly priced...we will be reserving rooms at the other hotels for our next trip. The shorter tower, which we were placed in, needs a serious makeover inside and outside if they intend to compete with the other hotels on Ocean Blvd.

Love the views of the balconies and the jacuzzi tub in the room. Like the lazy river and all the pools. Even one inside if its too cold outside. Plenty of room around for several families to be comfortable. Great trip
