The place was filthy, almost impossible to get into the room because the key (an actual key) was too long, the sink was leaking, and it looked like there was some sort of bodily fluid on the carpet. We were told that if wanted the room cleaned then they would bring up a vacuum cleaner and we could clean it ourselves. The chairs on the balcony were busted up and the table was used as an ashtray. Sketchy place. Also, they said that the pools are heated...they are not.

The room was full of spiders and dirty look like something was killed in The room blood all on the ceiling mould All in the bathroom very un called for vacation in hail discussing

Definitely request the middle tower. We got booked in one of the outer towers and it was not good. I called the office and requested a new room. I had to pay a little more for the new room but, it was worth it! Great view from room. We had to adke for towels also. They didn't bring them to us. Alll in all the price and location was great!

View was amazing! Hotel allowed the “bikers” to get a little too rowdy in the parking lot (which our room was right beside). Stayed 5 nights and only saw housekeeping one time in the hall and got clean towels. Otherwise we NEVER saw them!! We didn’t need much but by the time we left our trash was overflowing and we had run out of toilet paper!!

I loved the kitchen. The shower was difficult to get in and out of. The mattress was very uncomfortable! Parking was difficult. Great location for the beach.

The pools and lawn chairs were nice. No rental chairs on the beach. Condo was clean but OLD. Pictures were NOT representative of the actual resort. We felt as though we were staying in a Motel 6. Very disappointed for the $$$ that we had to pay.
