Hotel Zentrum

Hotel Zentrum Frankfurt was a small family run hotel, rooms comfortable but not roomy, free wifi, nice plentiful breakfast with a few hot items. No in-room coffe/tea making, freindly helpful staff. The thing that makes this hotel ideal for a short stay in frankfurt is its location. 2 min walk from hauptwache U bahn/S bahn station, 5 mins from main shopping street, 10 mins walk from Romer church. We stayed for the Christmas market and it was perfect for that.

Room size suffocating. Wash rooms exremely small. Hard to sit in the toilet. Only location was good .

Our stay was disappointing at best. We walked into the room and it smelled like mildew and body odor. The carpets were stained and sticky. Our towels were stained.

Comfortable quiet hotel right in the centre if the shopping in Frankfurt.

The hotel was okay, but the entrance was in an arcade, ok during the day, not the best at night. Biggest problem was 34 c temperature and no Air. Con. which was promised in the description. We were given a fan, but it really was uncomfortably hot. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. We were only there for two nights so did not bother to try to relocate to another hotel. Would not stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the friendliness of the front desk staff. NO AC in the rooms, and though it was only in the low 70's ( 19) the room must have been at least 80 degrees! Terrible access to the hotel itself with a super small elevator up to the lobby and rooms. Working on the room next door for some reason - started at 7 a.m. No water for part of one day - and no warning about it. Our safe wouldn't open and they never fixed that. Old stained carpet and shower was awful. Really didn't like this place. Would not stay there again - especially for the price we paid.

Very good location, in center, all shops around, easy get to the airport, very good breakfast, good customer service. Rooms - small, no air conditioner, could get very hot in summer.

This is just a terrible hotel. The only thing which was good is the location. nothing else was not really terrible. The room is so poor in terms of furniture, bathroom really old fashioned with equipment like in my Grand Pa's home! When I opened the shower water, it was coming out black!! It smelled terrible. Even the normal water that we should use to wash our face, it was coming out with some rust in the morning. The receptionist was not even able to help me with directions! He told me use the internet! Just terrible

While this hotel may have been older and definitely not a 4 star, the location more than made up for it. Right in the center of the alt stadt, great shopping, walking to distance to all.

TV did not work but was hardly in room so no big deal iranian desk clerk was very surly but good location
