Hotel Zentrum

Only in town for the night, room served a purpose, surprisingly comfy bed and decent shower, wouldn't stay longer then a night, main bedroom needs a major refurb

for one night it was OK. Location is the only real positive aspect of this hotel. There should be signs of the Hotel within the S-Bahn station (Hauptwache) to avoid taking the wrong exit.

This hotel was a real disappointment. the carpets were badly worn and stained, there was no hot water for shower. and although the neighborhood appeared OK, at the entrace to the hotel there was a homeless person who slept a few feet from the entrace, which by the way is a lift door tucked behind a storefront. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room. The bathroom looked newly furbished though, so they may be doing the rooms up at some point too.

Nice Hotel, the size of the room is good, the only point is that they are remodeling all the hotel, although there are signs about the noise, this is not a comfortable situation.

First the Hotel said they had Air Conditioning, But when I got their, there was none. It was a very Hot and Humid day. All they could do is give me a fan. When I request a rerun to go to another hotel they said no. On top of that the carpet had big stains, the curtains were dirty and mark on the wall. all in all very poor condition.

Great location, but the hotel was in poor conditions.There was stains in the carpet, marks on the wall and the curtains that are suppose to be white are grey. Other safety issue were expose wires in a light socket and a heat lamp light bulb put in a regular socket. And there is NO Air Conditioning even thought it says there is. It was a Very Hot and all they did is gave me a fan. When I told them I wanted to change hotel they refused to refund my money, and Hotels.com rusted to help either.

Room was ok and location was great. However the wifi was very bad and so was the tv choice.

This hotel is located right in the centre of the city The main sites are easily accessible on foot and the river is only a 10 minute stroll. The amazing shopping streets are on the doorstep and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on a perfect place, just some 50m from the main shopping street Zeil and the Christmas market. Friendly crew in the reception. Good, small buffetbreakfast. The room were not so clean. One pillow was broken, but the cleaning man didn't change it, though we left it on the top of the bed, without pillow case. The cleaning man was smelling so awful of sweat, that the whole floor was smelling and it came in through the closed door. You could also hear every word, that someone was whispering out in the corridor.
