Das Zimmer war super schön, die Lage perfekt, gleich im Zentrum und das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat alle Ansprüche erfüllt. Sehr gut.

Der Parkplatz hätte 33 Euro gekostet -das fanden wir nicht angemessen. Wir haben dann außerhalb geparkt, das hat dann nur 1 Drittel gekostet - es war auch nicht weit zu gehen - es war total ok. Schade, dass man für das Parken verhältnismäßig viel verlangt. Auch der Whirlpool hat einiges gekostet, nur der Pool war kostenfrei - wir haben es uns geleistet, weil es uns wichtig war, aber 16 Euro für 30 Min. muss man eben für diese Leistung bezahlen, also Sprudel im warmen Becken. Naja, was soll man dazu sagen? Alles andere war perfekt.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Atmosfera tego miejsca. Przed wyborem hotelu często czytam recenzje i cieszę się ze pomimo nieprzychylnych opinii wybrałem właśnie wybrałem to miejsce. Wyśmienite śniadanie, wygodne łóżka to największe atuty tego miejsca, resztę dopełnia Krumlov. Rada dla innych. Szukasz miejsca do parkowania rozważ miesce w pensjonacie Anna, trzy kroki od hotelu..

The booking website advertised that the room included slippers, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. Upon arrival, none of these were provided. The front desk dismissed the issue as a booking site error, told me to handle it myself, and even suggested buying slippers for an extra fee. Although the room had an air conditioner labeled for use between May and October, the hotel refused to turn it on during my mid-May stay, claiming the weather was too cool. This restriction was never disclosed on the website. The hotel instead suggested using a fan, but given the visible dust in many corners, this was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel shifted all responsibility onto others, offered no solutions or compensation, and failed to meet basic expectations of a five-star property. The experience was disappointing and unworthy of its rating.
