location was good staff were friendly room was big

bathroom was a little 90s had a bathtub which looked really old would have preferred a walk in shower the door to the room didnt close properly we had to make sure its closed by pushing it hard

I recently stayed at this hotel in Agadir and overall had a pleasant experience. The standout feature was definitely the customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made my stay very enjoyable. The food was also good, with a decent variety and quality throughout my visit. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The biggest issue was the WiFi, which was only available in the lobby area. There was no WiFi access in the rooms or most other parts of the hotel, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel should not really be described as beachfront. While the beach is accessible, it is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so guests expecting direct beach access may be disappointed. Overall, the excellent staff and good food made for a positive stay, but the limited WiFi and distance from the beach are important factors to consider before booking.
