I was at the Voco Hotel for a business trip and had lunch at Pomo. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming — perfect for a break in the middle of a busy day. A special thank you to Sharmin, who made the experience truly memorable with her kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile. Her service was exceptional and added a personal touch to the meal. I highly recommend stopping by Pomo if you’re in the area or staying at the hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Stunning Voco Hotel where we were greeted by a lovely warming welcome by the front of house staff. EUGENE ROONEY this man is an absolute gentleman he went above and beyond to make our stay as warm and welcoming as possible. on arrival we found out that we had got a complimentary upgrade to a suit! To say this room was Class was an understatement the room was fabulous, the stunning view from are room was breath taking. As a couple with a child we don't get a night away much but Eugene went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a great night and a very comfortable stay. the cocktails were lovely at the main bar and the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was absolutely class, plenty to choice from. 100% we will be returning soon and look forward to it. Once again thanks Eugene for going above and beyond for us your generosity was and is greatly appreciated. 5STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous, I can’t recommend Dagmar in the Restaurant highly enough, very special lady very kind to her guests. Food was amazing too a real taste of Belfast .

We had a fabulous meal Dagmar was our server for the evening and was funny attentive gracious and efficient she made our evening!! The food was also very nice cocktails gorgeous really worth a visit il go back just for Dagmar alone 😊

Always a warm friendly welcome from check in to check out and a great location to walk to anywhere around Belfast. Nice restaurant with plenty of choice on the menu. Bar has a great selection of drinks and staff were amazing. Thanks also to Sharmin for great hospitality.

The food was fresh, warm and delicious. The service was very welcoming and considerate not just to our family but the people around. Sharmin was our server and she was extremely helpful!!

Comfortable hotel and spacious. Particularly good breakfast. The staff were the best. Outstanding. Very friendly and very helpful, particularly the receptionists and Dagmar in the restaurant.

We were very pleased by our stay for a long weekend. The hotel is comfortable and quiet although in easy walking distance of the city centre. Special thanks to Dagmar in the restaurant who was constantly amusing and helpful.

A group of colleagues and I stayed at this hotel in October 2025. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. However, the real gem was our meal. We ate at the restaurant, sampling the pork belly, soup and fish. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. We were made so welcomed and felt at home, particularly with our server Dagmar. Nothing was too much trouble. Dagmar ensured we knew what was happening with our meal at step of the way, recommended food, was super friendly and really made us feel at home. I cannot recommend Dagmar highly enough and she is a credit to the team at Voco.
