Our waitress dagmar was very welcoming from the beginning of our meal. She was very attentive and so much fun to chat to. Will definitely be back again!

Thanks a lot to Mrs Sharmin and Dagmar. The stay was wonderful 😁 We went for a 2 days trip to visit belfast. The hôtel is perfectly placed, everything is reacheable by foot. The room was great, the bed is awesome. We took twice our dîner at the restaurant of the hôtel. The prices and the food were great. Also we enjoyed a lot the breakfast, very delicious

I had a number of Czech guests over to visit. It was very fortunate that Dagmar was working in the restaurant that night. She was so kind and helpful speaking Czech and helping my guests with every aspect of the meal. It really added to the success of the evening. Food was excellent and all the service was delivered with a smile.

Wonderful stay at Voco! It was our first stay ever and the service was excellent and the staff were so friendly, gentle and helpful. I've been in the service industry a very long time, and I've never experienced service as good as this! We had the best food, (the pork belly was genuinely a life changing bite) and the sticky toffee pudding was delectable. Our servers were Cain and Dagmar and they made us so relaxed and welcome. Cain noticed that my partner was dairy free and stuck for choice, and recommended a drink that he loved- he was excellent at his job and if he tried to sell me a car off the street, I would probably buy it no hesitation. Dagmar had such a gentle approach and made us feel so welcome, service was prompt and she was very helpful for choices and recommendations! It was so nice to just chat to her. Mark at reception made our night before we had even got up to our room, he upgraded us as a nice little surprise and we're so so grateful the room is amazing and just the night away we needed. A big warm thank you from both of us it was such a beautiful stay! I can't wait to be back :)

My friend and I had excellent service from Sharmin in the dining room. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and answer questions about the area. She also pointed out different food items that we would enjoy. We also enjoyed the room and hospitality at the front desk. We had dinner and drinks as well as breakfast in the dining room.

Had a lovely dining experience, Dagmar was our host and was incredible! Lovely food and even lovelier staff! Danny, Stacy and Louis are incredible chefs
