Dagmar, Louis and Stacey provided a wonderful meal, with great service!! The carbonara and chicken supreme were wonderful!

As someone who travels all over Europe testing Spaghetti Carbonara, I can tell without a doubt, the one I had at Promo Bar and Restaurant was the absolute best I’ve ever tasted! Every bite was perfection — creamy, flavorful, and cooked with real passion. Chef Danny is a true master of his craft, and you can taste the love and skill in every dish he creates. The atmosphere was simply wonderful — warm, relaxed, and full of positive energy. The entire team was amazing, but I have to give a very special mention to Dagmar, whose kindness, charm, and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. It’s rare to meet staff who are this genuinely caring and professional at the same time. I felt incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. This restaurant was recommended to me, and now I understand why — it truly deserves all the praise! I’ll be recommending Promo Bar and Restaurant to everyone I know. A must-visit for anyone who loves great food, warm people, and an unforgettable dining experience!

I had a fantastic stay at the voco Hotel. Marc and Rebecca were absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made sure everything went smoothly and really made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. Thanks to Marc and Rebecca, my stay was even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Overall really really good

The location Is nice and near the city center. The hotel is new with design and style. Rooms are big but I didn't like the bed (too soft for me). Everything is clean and there's no noise, it's a quite place. Service was very good. A plus for breakfast, really rich with a lot of different foods for everyone's choice. Dinner was also very good with home made dishes... A plus for our kind waitress miss Dagmar. I just missed a gym but my time here was great. Thanks

The hotel was very nice upon arriving. The check in was extremely welcoming thank you to Bernie you made check in so smooth and helped guide our trip with suggestions. Rooms and restaurant were also nice. more than nice thanks to dagmar in restaurant. Would definitely return to voco. Get more staff like Bernie and dagmar. 5 star trip thank you

Dagmar is the best server there is! Food was excellent! Pleasant environment and exceptional atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone passing!

Dagmar was very friendly and attentive. Very good service and made me feel very welcome. Made working from home that little bit more acceptable.

Stopped for coffee in this lovely hotel. Served by Sharmin- so friendly and professional. We’ll be back, perhaps to stay next time.
