This a great hotel but one staff member made the experience extra special, special mention from myself and my girlfriend for Dagmar in the restaurant, the food was amazing but the service was just so professional and fun it stood out leaps and bounds above everything else and made our night/my girlfriends birthday celebration so much better. Lovely hotel, incredible food, top grade service, thank you Dagmar 💚 P.s the sticky toffee pudding is just nice beyond all belief, genuinely incredible.

Absolutely incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. I was celebrating my birthday, and they surprised us with a beautiful selection of cakes served alongside my cocktail - which, as expected alongside the environment, was perfect. In the heart of busy Belfast, this hotel feels like an oasis. The décor is stunning, it smells divine, and every member of staff we met was exceptionally kind and courteous. Our room was spacious, elegant, and so comfortable. The cocktails and pastries were outstanding, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was second to none. A huge thank you to Dagmar, Danny, and Stacey for making us feel so special — you really made our visit unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is absolutely lovely, like the best staff I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. I would like to personally thank Dagmar, Yana, Sophie, and lovely Aaliyah. They made the experience all the best; truly superb service, nice clean rooms, great location.

Dagmar was unbelievable! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. So good with the kids and very attentive. Other areas of the hotel could learn from this lady!

Had dinner in the restaurant. Dagmar was such an excellent waitress. Nothing was a problem, she looked after us so well. So attentive and nothing was a problem.

This is beautiful hotel just far enough out of the bustle of the city centre that it's nice and quiet, but you can walk into town in 10 minutes and catch all the nightlife. The restaurant is small but classy, and the staff are magnificent. The lovely Dagmar looked after me twice during this stay and nothing was too much trouble. She seated me in the best place, chatted as she passed, as I was on my own, and made me feel very welcome. Such a warm, friendly feeling. I am always happy to come back. The rooms are all splendid, clean and their Save the Planet initiative is an excellent idea.

The service at this place is exceptionally friendly, and the food is always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Every visit feels special because the staff truly care about their guests and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Among all the wonderful people working here, Dagmar stands out for her kindness, professionalism, and warm personality. I also had an excellent homemade mushroom soup – it was rich, flavorful, and truly delicious. Dagmar served it with a smile and genuine warmth. Thank you, Dagmar, for making every meal here such a pleasant and memorable experience!

I enjoyed the food, the mushroom soup was really good, and also the main course. They have the best waitress Dagmar, she is lovely!
