My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights and we honestly can’t wait to come back! Every member of staff was so lovely and genuinely cared about any requests we had. We stayed in the King Suite and absolutely loved how spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated it was. There were also decaf coffee pods and fresh bottled water provided every day, which I really appreciated. Having both a shower and a bath in the bathroom was such a nice touch. The location is great too, only about a 10 minute drive from Victoria Square shopping centre. My boyfriend is an IHG Rewards member, so we enjoyed a late checkout which made our stay even more relaxing. We had breakfast every morning during our stay and it was always delicious with a lovely, calm atmosphere. We also had dinner one evening and it was incredible, the food was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Highly recommend! :)

Immaculate hotel on all levels . Modern . Beautiful decor and amazing staff. Special mention for Dagma in the restaurant who could not have been more attentive to us and my daughter . She made us feel very looked after with her friendly bright manner . All staff from reception , security and restaurant were out of this world! Food was perfect . Kids menu also! Easy parking at front of hotel and location is close to centre ! Highly recommend !

Wonderful few nights away. 9 of us stayed 5 adults & 4 children. Hotel very clean, spacious rooms, great service. Special mention to Dagmar in Pomo restaurant she could not do enough for us on both nights when we had dinner. So welcoming and kind to our children and excellent service overall. We will be back.
