Excellent food and drink, we could enjoy the sunshine outside while having our breakfast tea and later on our lunch, and the attention of Sharmin was simply fantastic! She was welcoming, approachable, and helped a lot to have a lovely experience. We will repeat, no doubt!

Called in for lunch at Voco Belfast. Had the soup and sandwiches.Lovely food and brilliant service from Davor and Sharon and Sophie. I’ll be back!

Dagmar is absolutely amazing. The most amazing hospitality. Service was brilliant. Dagmar made us feel so special. So much that we came back and ate in the restaurant a second night. The food was also delicious. Thanks a million for making our trip extra memorable.

Outstanding service and food tonight at the Vocco hotel, Belfast. Dagmar really looked out for us and Louis is some chef. Great experience!

Food was excellent and presented well by Louis the chef. Had the Steak and Guinness pie tonight which was full of meat and had a really rich flavour. Looked after by Dagmar who is super sweet and made sure we needed for nothing.

The staff are some of the loveliest staff about. Special shoutout to Dagmar and Chef Louise, you're both stars⭐️ Lovely wee homemade pizzas and great calamari sauce!!

Two night stay for a business trip. Really nice room (junior suite) very spacious and the shower was excellent. Great staff as always on the front desk and restaurant including the ever helpful Sharmin at breakfast

Another lovely stay made extra special by Dagmar who served us once again the restaurant. This lady is a real asset to the hotel and always goes above and beyond to ensure we enjoy our meal.

Service at reception was good and efficient, nice lounge in the lobby where you can order drinks from the Italian restaurant, pricey but convenient. Location was great walking distance to St George market and the riverside, however the hotel and room itself appeared old and the carpet along the hallway wasn’t pleasing to the eyes as they just look old, dusty and unkept. There was lots of noise at night as well could hear some loud music seemingly from a nightclub but thankfully ended around 10 pm. The rooms are not sound proof and could definitely hear through the walls. Had to pay for parking even though it was clearly only for guests and charged 15 pounds per night already with a 15% discount for hotel guest. Overall wouldn’t say it was the best but good for a short stay

I arrived to do some work and was greeted by the most accomodating Sharmin. So pleasant and welcoming. I don't normally write reviews, but from my many visits to hotels all over the world this lady really stood out.
