Always a great thing when a hotel restaurant has good food - and this really did. Super quick, good quality, nice wine, perfectly good value. Really enjoyed the calamari and the carbonara. The highlight was the service from Dagmar, who was friendly and chatty but totally professional and gave me exactly the right amount of space too. Eating solo is always a bit odd and Dagmar made it feel totally relaxed. Attentive but not over-bearing, a really brilliant server. A lovely quiet dinner after a busy weekend of work.

We stayed this past weekend with our toddler. We really enjoyed it, the hotel looks great, the room was perfect, spacious and clean. Nice and quiet overnight which was great for our son. The breakfast was just ok but the standout experience was our evening meal. The food was delicious but our server Dagmar made it such a great experience. She was so welcoming and friendly, could not have been more helpful making sure we had everything we needed for our son, made menu recommendations and she made the whole experience so pleasant. She deserves to be recognised for her outstanding service and hard work. We will definitely be back to stay again!

This has to be the best hotel breakfast in Northern Ireland! Wonderful fresh food with a huge selection and a special kids section as well. A special mention for Sharmin who looked after us so well.

Beautiful restaurant, lovely atmosphere with live music when we arrived. I was there with a group of 11 friends. The service was excellent, we had an outstanding waitress, Dagmar; so attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was warm and nicely lit, you could read the menu, but not too bright. The menu had a good selection for everyone’s tastes. We would highly recommend it.

I love this hotel and have stayed in it several times. The staff are great. It’s in the old gasworks and most taxi drivers seem to still refer to it as the Radisson. Food is great and reasonably priced. The staff in the restaurant have been consistently amazing. The rooms are large, clean and well presented. Of note the showers are in the bath so if you have mobility or balance problems this could be a problem. The bathrooms look a little run down in comparison to the bedroom areas. This is not the most centrally placed hotel but easy still to get into the city and it lends itself well to runners along the river.

As alway I have had a wonderful stay, all the staff are lovely and friendly but I cannot thank Dagmar enough, always so warm and welcoming making my evening meals in the restaurant an absolute joy! So attentive and helpful!

Such a great service that we've had. Dagmar has been incredible at making us feel welcomes and appreciated. We've been to the restaurant for the 3 nights as after the first night, we simply wanted to stick around there. We will most likely come back during the summer as we haven't fully seen Belfast yet and surely hope to see you again. Thank you for everything! Remy

Ive never stayed in a Voco before but will definitely stay again! Dagmar has made evening meals an absolutely brilliant experience - thank you! The FOH staff have been brilliant organising my stay too. The rooms are great, beds are so comfortable an easy 15 minute walk to the city centre

I have had the pleasure of staying at Voco Belfast many times in the past few months. The staff make the hotel, always a warm welcome and sincere greetings. Dagmar in the restaurant is an absolute star. When I had an injured shoulder she went above and beyond in looking after me. A certain credit to Voco. Other staff to mention would be Bernie at the reception, always on hand with a smile and some of the yellow sweets! Mark is a gentleman, always here! Keep doing what you do!
