Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property cannot accommodate groups of over 8 people (max 3 apartment). Group Policy: Bookings with 3 apartments will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit within 24 hours of booking. The property does not accept large groups. stag or hen parties or similar parties. Alternative car parking is available at the nearby NCP car park. The cost of parking here is approximately GBP 18 per 24 hours with a discount voucher. Please note that this property does not have a lift.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York!

"Ideal for a City break "

Lovely apartment with everything youโ€™d need for a short break. Nice and close to city centre, very clean and well presented. Secure parking on site. Highly recommended - we will use again when visiting York.
