Great location. Free parking

Floor had not been swept or washed. There were nail clippings on the floor, and I moved the chair and crumbs under iit. Everywhere else clean. Told the reception staff on leaving that there wasn't 6 of everything. Ie cutlery and crockery etc. Kindest regards Angie

It's only a small gripe but it could do with a light above the bathroom mirror when getting ready.

Location is ideal and very central within walking distance to main attractions. Clean property, comfortable bed, big apartment with plenty of space. We used the washing machine struggled a bit with how to use but figured it out. Vanessa was very helpful and lovely to speak with.

The number of keys we needed to use to enter and exit the front gate, the building and then the apartment was time consuming, but we adjusted. Also, we read reviews about the narrow car park, definitely true so we were prepared. However, what we weren’t prepared for was when exiting there is a green button on the wall to the left that opens the main gate, if you press from inside the car, you must reverse your car otherwise the gate will hit your car as it did to ours. We weren’t quick enough to reverse the car back unfortunately. Yes there is a white line marked which we discovered after the fact but no indication why so another sign would be useful warning the driver.
