This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property cannot accommodate groups of over 8 people (max 3 apartment). Group Policy: Bookings with 3 apartments will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit within 24 hours of booking. The property does not accept large groups. stag or hen parties or similar parties. Alternative car parking is available at the nearby NCP car park. The cost of parking here is approximately GBP 18 per 24 hours with a discount voucher. Please note that this property does not have a lift.
