"Best hotel view"

Staff Carl and Ye Mei Lan were very prompt in their service. Their hospitality made me feel at ease. Thanks! Hotel is very clean, great views from the room and lounge. Its close to Sea World and Zhong Shan road walking street by cab. Its also located near the 西缇一条街, where several chic cafes are located

"Pan Pacific is cool."

Room is spacious and comfortable. Service is excellent from room service to lobby staff. all staff are friendly. Bed is very comfy. Will be back again. Breakfast consists of various type of food with local specialities.

Very good location, last time I stayed the subway was under construction, it’s now only 2 minutes away. Many good eateries in the walking distance, all staff willing to help and always wear a smile. Breakfast is very Chinese and quality just par, nice gym and pool, our 3 nites’ stay was pleasant and very enjoyable.

"Must Try Hotel "

Service was good. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful at every part of the hotel especially at Level 28 Lounge. Total experience was higher than our expectations. Hotel location was good, convenient shops, restaurants and cafes just right nearby the hotel. Train stations is 3mins away from hotel, convenient if you are bringing kids or parents there.

"Good location hotel "

Lucy did a great job with housekeeping. She made sure our room was sorted and that we had plenty of bottled water. Moomcakes were a nice touch. Beds are firm but comfy. Breakfast decent but not replenished oftne enough.

The hotel is in downtown area, right beside the Huwei park and is within walking distances to many other touristic areas. All the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Large Clean room, Room lighting little poor. Reception staff polite but slow and business centre hours are not suitable for business travellers .
