"Service Excellence at Pan Pacific Xiamen"

The staff at the Pan Pacific Hotel made our family feel very welcomed and were very personalised with our needs. from front desk to housekeeping (霞姐) and definitely the Club level staff. well done to Danny Han and his team! Especially to Melet Wu, who has great candour and never fails to make my parents smile and Sunny for your positive and professional service and also to the restaurant chef at the 3rd floor restaurant, Auntie Willa, who makes the greatest omelette and noodles too and never fails to smile and make conversation even when she is overwhelmed with orders. strongly recommend travellers who treasure a great personal touch to your holiday needs.

"Nice hotel but uncomfortable bedding"

We stayed here a night as we had a flight to catch out of Xiamen airport. We stayed at several hotels in Xiamen before and although Pan Pacific is quite nice, the BEDS ARE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE - very hard. THE PILLOWS WERE FLAT AS PAPER. So although the hotel was nice, we did not get a good night sleep.

"An old hotel"

Room is more like a three star hotel. Bathroom is too small. Location not so good. Nothing much around the hotel; only the ferry terminal (to Gulanyi) is within walking distance. Underground train Line 2 under construction in front of hotel currently.

"Excellent"

Very nice hotel near the 31/87 bus line stops. Subway station is under construction that will be very close to the hotel and very convenient in getting around Xiamen in the future. Check-in was easy and room very nice. Swimming pool was nice (take a swim cap).

"Nice hotel"

Hotel is situated at quite a convenient location. Distance To Zhongshan Road is about 10mins ride and grabbing a cab is also convenient. There are a few supermarkets which are situated just beside the hotel. The only thing that can be improved is the pillows which are too soft.

I always stay here while in Xiamen. Nice Property. The girls in the Pacific Club are always great.

"Moldy bathroom"

This cannot be 5 star hotel. At best 3 star. The bathroom looked really bad, covered with mold. We booked 2 rooms, and both had the same problem, except my room was worse. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.
