这是一个非常不错的地方，离开旅游景点都很方便，服务态度很好，很有礼貌，房间免费升级了，景观优美，两面面海。

Room is clean and comfortable. It will be better if there is an extra seat like a sofa in the room. There is construction going on for the future AMRT. Hard to find a restaurant in the vicinity. However, service is good

Bathroom layout was not good. You have to go around the shower stall to get into the bathtub. Water not draining in the shower stall and the water flowed into the bathroom floor because the enclosed shower step was not high enough. The whole bathroom floor was flooded and I had to get extra towels to soak the water. It was late at night so I just cleaned up myself and we were leaving the next early morning. The bathroom door was in the way of the toilet. The tile need to be bleached. The breakfast was OK. Location was great.

Overall good experience. Comfortable bed in room.Friendly and attentive staff who go out of the way to fulfill your request. Breadfast is good with a good spread of both western and Asian cuisine.

Excellent hotel, but two cups of coffee costs $15.00 USD at the first floor cafeteria, which is ridiculous.

Central hotel Good clean facilities. Sumptuous breakfast in the morning Easy walk to the park. There is however construction around the area which limits taxi availability. But hopefully this is temporary

The hotel staff is helpful and the check in and out was fast. In front of the hotel currently they are building the mrt, is a bit difficult to get a taxi, but the staff will help you to book taxi when call upon. The are only a few shop surrounding the hotel. So shopping and dinning you might need to take a cab out.

Wifi was not good

Nice hotel but disappointed with the foul n damp smell in the room which we were being upgraded to. Wasted much time moving from room to room. Club services offered happy hours from 5-7 pm, thought this was not appropriate bec normally guests drink after dinner. Also when we were in the lounge at 8 pm, no snacks were seen - all kept with preparation for breakfast the next day! Paying extra RMB 175 per night was a waste! Service at counter was ok n staff was prompt to offer help.
