Smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallway. There was a terrible smell in the room like concentrated cleaning product. Damaged plaster in the bathroom. We lied down on the bed and it was so uncomfortable, we didn’t even pull the spread down. We just ended up leaving and driving home, losing our money on the room.

There were stains on the sheets and mold on the walls. Terrible hotel. Never will stay here again

Very disappointed. Waited 15 minutes for service at arrival. Room booked and paid for in advance was not available. Towels were stained, bed covers had holes. Carpets in dire need of cleaning. Garbage sat in the hallway for 2 days. Left a night early due to noise in the hallway and roaches appearing.

On a 3 day stay all 3 days had to get help from staff to enter my room as my door key wouldnt work. Room had.a nasty smell. And needs a remodel!!

It was close to some resturants.

The breakfast was really not at all as they advertise. They had a toaster and sryup but waffles . Let say basically it was a huge dissappointment.

Very dirty and mold in bathroom.

Very nice staff, lights were out in the hallway, elevator out of service,

Place smelled foul and of cigarettes. Staff was gruff and unclean. They put me on 3rd floor, and did not have a working elevator.

No ice machine, breakfast juices empty no yougert, dirty towel one wash cloth.
