Elevator out of service , ice machine broken, acces to stairwell partially impeded, air conditioner noisy, coffee maker not there, hallway lighting had lights out, tv poor placement.

Lights in the room weee dim. No open outlets in room. Had to unplug microwave to charge my phone.

Will never stay there again. Property in poir repair.

Very rundown and dirty. Elevator not working and for doors propped open with chairs. Air conditioning either was blasting or off unable to adjust

The room was so dark, and there was a horrible smell of disinfectant! Plus, so expensive!

I wrote a rwview on Goigle as well. The place was not secure, doors were unlocked or proped open for much of the night. Neither air conditioner nor shower were functioning. I spoke to the clerk when We checked out but there was no offer of compensation. I emailed the facility but to no avail. 2nd worse place I have stayed

The staff chatted outside our door most of the night

No one at the front desk spoke english and just stared at me when i told them i was checking in . And when i called down stairs to tell them the room had roaches . The hung up on me and did nothing . It was horrible

This was awful. The bed was old and I believe we found a bedbug. The toilet seat was up when I arrived and it looked like some one used it. The front desk was unfriendly and I had a hard time understanding her. I should have left when walking in.
