There was no microwave or fridge and the door to the room could only lock from the inside

We weren't sure if it was open. Window's were boarded up. The attendant at the desk had an attitude. When we went to our room it looked it wasn't not clean. Bed sheet and pillows looked like they hadn't seen a washer. One bed sunken in. Glad my parents couldn't make it.

Noisy due to picnic bench right outside my first floor window where people gathered and talked until 11:00 at night until I made management shut it down. Kids of either staff or visitors roaming around the hallways and managed to set off the fire alarm by burning hamburger in the minimal kitchen. All in all not a happy experience at all.

It was one of the scariest places I've ever stayed, lots of somewhat sketchy people hanging around, couldn't tell if part of the place was used for housing for people down on their luck or they were actual customers. No ice machine, they said that the wifi was intermittent and half the tv channels didn't come in properly. I was told that breakfast started at 6, I went there at 6:50 and there were 5 pieces of bread in fridge. I rang the buzzer and someone rushed into the kitchen area and brought out a little bit of assorted breads, my wife tried the coffee and wanted to pour it out. We checked out and went to get something at the gas station at the corner.

I will not go back

First and last that I will stay at this hotel. Bathroom lights didn’t work properly, bed smells like pee, cigarette burn on bed sheets and blanket. Asked for towel and did not received it till the next day. Key card does not work always have to go to the front desk to get it fixed and blames me for putting two keys together thats why it does not work. Key card are old and overused and it came from different hotels. Right when you walk in the building theres bad smell not sure what that smell came from. Definitely don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Rather pay extra for a better sleep.

It wasn’t that the room wasn't clean, but there were cleaning solutions left next to the bathroom sink.

We waited 20 minutes to get checked in, the room had no card keys when we checked in, the floor was dirty and sticky, the shower curtain was stained on the bottom with what I think was mildew, the bottom sheet was also stained with what looked like mildew and the lighting was very dim - not suitable for reading.

When we pulled up we had to wait for the desk clerk to finish her cigarette before she got up to take care of us to check in First of all they took a copy of my driver's license and a photo copy of our credit card. Anyone could snap a pic on their phone and have our info. Secondly the key machine was broken so they had to let us in and out of our room. Empty rooms were all open to anybody to go into. Their were children living here in the hotel everywhere including the parking area we had to drive around a kickball game. No key service ment outside doors were not locked either. We had to pass a table of 20 drunks outside the door to enter the building and find a worker to let us back in our room after our military event. Our bed had burn holes in it. Our bath towels were stained and filthy. The hair dyer on the wall caught fire when turned on. When we went to check out we had to wait for the desk clerk to finish buttering her breakfast before she waited on us. So I asked for our copy of our credit card and license on the same page no less she left it on the desk all night anyone could of looked at it. The place should be condemed! We should receive a refund just terrible!!

sink was broken and leaking pillows were lumpy very loud ppl in the halls I also wanted the 2 queen beds but they sold out even though I prebooked.
