Not very clean, didn’t even have coffee cups for the coffee, sheets had stains on them. Employees were very nice tho

No breakfast. TV barely worked. Old bed cover.

This place is probably okay for many but it was not very clean - property was so run down- staff unkempt. I felt like a fight could break out at anytime- not a nice environment.

Convenient location

The bedding was filthy. The people working it were also filthy and stunk.

didn't like anything it was not clean but staff wasn't clean the rooms weren't clean when we got our room the bed was just slept in when they try to give us another room it was the same scenario bed was slept in nothing was clean. We asked for a refund some blonde girl half asleep came to the front desk and said she wasn't the person by the name of pretty up for a refund and they don't do refunds. We had to demand our money back and we ended up sleeping in a car

First and foremost something should have been said to me or on your site that this location was being used as a homeless shelter overflow. I had no idea. The fact that it took 5 to 7 minutes wait at the desk at 3:00 PM to get checked in only to find that the front desk clerk was also the person cleaning the rooms and she had her 2 kids running around outside the room. The sheets and towels were stained with god knows what. I ended up buying my own sheet and blanket to use. I stayed in that place for 3 days. It was hell. Unfortunately for me being a visitor to this town and the fact that I was staying with friends and got very sick i had to get a hotel room at the last minute. This was not in my budget so i took the cheapest room i could find. That is how i ended up in your hotel. Only by the grace of god there were no bed bugs. If you actually read this i think a refund would not be out of the realm of possibility.

The facility is a filthy mess being run by clueless unkempt individuals. It is like a scene from a nightmare. Absolutely a dump! No one should ever stay there! I left after waiting for over 50 minutes while three different people tried to get me checked in. I asked to see the room, and promptly decided it would be impossible to sleep there so I left, and thankfully the Holiday Inn Express had 2 rooms left, and I was able to stay there.
