ZAOur hot tub and outside boma area were situated right under a tree that made a sticky mess of the hot tub and the seating area, making the use thereof unpleasant.
ZAEverything was great. Jacuzzi is very clean. The view is out of the world. Equipment for braaing is even provided. And let me not forget about the friendly staff.
No doors to bedrooms in the charlet. It becomes a bit uncomfortable if you're booking for adults to occupy both rooms.

FRNous avons apprécié le logement et le cadre.
La réceptionniste n'a pas été agréable, n'a pas tenu compte des mails envoyés et n'a fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre et nous comprendre. Nous n'avons pu bénéficier d'aucun service (panier repas du soir et jacuzzi) . Elle n'avait de cesse d'essayer de nous vendre des prestations d'activité dont nous ne voulions pas.
ZAI wasn't happy with the house that was allocated to us and i wanted to swap to the other one the receptionist said they can help with that but after calling the headoffice i was assisted immediately we were able to move the house that had the most gorgeous view thanks to the consultant i forgot her name though.
The house that was firstly allocated to us which was house 4 had trees infront which was diff for us to see the view of the lake

BERelaxing setting, nice big tents, comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub.
A bit far from the supermarket.
