Location only. Was nice and close to everything

Old and run down. No care at all with upkeep. Never once saw anyone at reception, only dealt with over phone. We got there late and wasn't allowed a key until I text him a photo of my credit card for HIS security. For MY security, my card is now canceled. Not impressed at all.

Not much

We arrived late, the TV didn't work and there was only one wafer thin pillow each. Then we discovered there was no sheet under the bare disgustingly dirty stained doona

Located near our function. Ample private free parking.

Run down and tatty.

Everything from Little signage out the front, Dirty both outside and in, very poor service, bed linen was dreadful, no wifi, The whole place was very poor. I have stayed in parks that have more facilities.

Spacious Rooms, Closet Space, Couch and Kitchen in Rooms.

Dodgy Curtains Not Fully Closing, Dirty Dishes Were Left in Kitchen Sink / On Kitchen Bench.

Good location. Close to supermarket and trams.. Budget facilities. Little kitchen adequate, Bed and bathroom comfortable. Heater and aircon both worked. Not as expensive as some other apartments in the area. Attendant was helpful to find adequate supplies. Tea bags, small milks etc. Late checkin was available. TV worked.

Not much kitchen facilities. Only 2 B&B plates, 1 cereal bowl, no full size dinner plates. Fridge freezer was iced up, but I defrosted it. Bed side tables and lamps very dusty.
