The location was great. Just across the road from St Vincents Kew. Easy access to trams and buses. Plenty of parking at no extra cost.

The room was VERY tired... needs a big reno. There are no staff except on arrival.

Comfortable bed, roomy. Good location and parking available

A bit shabby and dated (cracked bathroom basin).

Untidy. Unhealthy, not thoroughly cleaned nor maintained. Mould everywhere, Needed to use my inhaler due to mould spores. Unsecured

The fact that they would chrage 50 dillars if extra cleaning was needed, example rubbish in bins, cups not washed, so basicallynwe had to do the cleaners job, what they get paidnto do, no wifi available, the room smelled musty and like curry, blanket used was brown, if we hadnt already paid, we woyls of just leff, and also had to fork out another 100 dollras for bond, which no other hotel i have used that weekend had asked for this. Very poor service.. 1/10
