Only 1 complaint - charging 5 Euros for each towel to be taken off the property and not credited back to the room upon return, is petty and off-putting. Especially when there are no controls over towels when at the pool and no charges apply there, so to still charge a fee when they were returned as promised is ridiculous. The rooms are not cheap, but the location is prime so its understandable, however the towel charge is completely 1 star, & low class given such a nice hotel property. I hope you fix that policy in the future!

We felt we paid 5*prices for 3* accommodation. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No gym. Pool bar closed

Posizion e vista spettaccolare. Anche la struttura bellissima.

Se non fosse stato per la camera 101 sicuramente sarebbe stato almeno un 9 come recensione. Arrivati per il check in ci hanno assegnato la stanza numero 303. Ma poiche non era pronta ce ne siamo andati in spiaggia. Al nostro ritorno ci hanno detto che hanno cambiato per darci una stanza piu grande la 101, la quale aveva grossi problemi di umidita. Quando entri al inizio non la senti tanto ma quando siamo tornati la sera tardi l aria era insopportabile. Avevamo solo 1 notte di soggiorno e non abbiamo fatto scenate per cambiarla ( come avra fatto sicuramente qualcun altro per questo l'hanno cambiata) .Ovviamente se una camera non è presentabile l'hotel la deve chiudere e non cercare di lasciarla al primo che la prende. Questo ha rovinato un po tutto. Quindi attenzione alla camera 101.
