Die Lage und das Personal inkl. Restaurant und Bar waren super. Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Restaurant und insbesondere die Getränke sehr hochpreisig. Flaschenbier 0,33 10€ Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

There was a strong smell of mold, and because of this issue, we left after the first night. They did not provide any refund, not even for the parking, which costs €70 per day.

"Overpriced and unwelcoming"

The only positives were the bartender staff (kind and professional) and the beautiful view. Room cleaning was also done professionally. Sardegna is wonderful, but we will never return to this hotel.

We had a very negative experience at this hotel. Reception staff were repeatedly rude, unprofessional, and seemed focused on overcharging. At check-in our room wasn’t ready with no apology, an airport transfer was never arranged, and when questioned, staff shouted our full name across the lobby. At checkout, one receptionist even raised her voice insisting we were “four people” — which of course matched our booking — just another ridiculous situation. On another occasion, the dark-blonde haired receptionist (with glasses) arranged an overpriced van instead of a car for a 10-minute ride. When we asked her name, she refused to give it, yelled at us over the phone, and hung up. The taxi company confirmed that the hotel decides which cars arrive, contradicting her. We're a group of well traveled women and never experienced such horrible customer service. Overall, it felt like a constant battle not to be scammed: extra charges appeared everywhere (e.g., eggs at the included breakfast, €15 for an ice bucket). There is no ironing board available, the ironing service is a ridiculous price at €15+ per item and takes 24hrs to do through external service. Bare minimum in rooms. The coffee was the worst we had in Italy, and the tiny elevator even got stuck once.

"Mediocre with a great view"

Great view from “sea view” rooms. Food at the restaurant is delicious. Eating on the terrace a treat, great view. Good location. Parking was easy but at an additional cost.

The staff lack customer service skills and are not what I would call warm and friendly. We stayed here after 6 weeks travelling and the service from the staff was by far the worst. The pool is nice but no service from the bar, no staff in sight. The rooms are basic in terms of amenities. No iron available, was suggested we could send clothing out as part of the laundry service to be ironed. Given the amount of restaurants close by you would think an iron would not be too much to ask. Breakfast was ok but staff did not greet on arrival. You could get in and out without anyone even acknowledging you. As said in previous comments you pay extra for juice or a cappuccino. There is a massive computer screen at reception where someone sits, can’t see them as you walk past, hardly the way to ensure good customer service in a hotel.
