The view from the balcony was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

A parte la posizione dell’albergo, tutto ha lasciato a desiderare. Le sole persone cortesi sono state la cameriera della sala ristorazione e una delle camerie della pulizia ai piani

La struttura è in pessimo stato di manutenzione. La doccia era guasta, la stanza al mio arrivo non era stata pulita accuratamente. Hanno tentato di addebitarmi due volte il servizio ai piani. Non si può regolare la temperatura della aria condizionata se non disattivandola dal quadro elettrico. Il bagno minuscolo. Io ritengo che a Porto Cervo, nel cuore del paese, sia impensabile che una struttura sia così mal tenuta. Per non parlare del parcheggio. Molto difficoltoso - ogni volta che si esce - chiudere la propria postazione. Questa struttura sopravvive per la sua posizione strategica. Ma sinceramente tanto meglio andare in alberghi che sono a pochi passi che sono certamente più accoglienti ed hanno visibilmente un rapporto qualità prezzo migliore. Direi che non ci tornerò mai più. Sottolineo di conoscere la zona da 40 anni e quindi so di quello che scrivo. Assistenza Booking alle lamentele inesistente. Sto pensando di prenotare da sola prossimamente. Eppure sono una cliente storica di Booking e non mi ero mai lamentata. Ma se al primo problema se ne lavano le mani, mi chiedo a cosa serva prenotare tramite loro. Visto che si paga ovviamente un sovrapprezzo

Camera . Era senza tende oscuranti, rumorosa ( anche in piena notte) perché vicina a zona di servizio e all’esterno dava su gruppo condizionatori

The room had a very strange moldy smell, all of our clothes were damp, and there were lots of small flies. We even found two small reptiles inside the room. The staff were unfriendly and kept staring at us in a strange way, nothing like the warm welcome we received at other hotels in the area. The food was expired and in terrible condition. Honestly, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, and we do not recommend it to anyone. We checked out early because of the conditions of the room.

This is the worst experience I ever had When we did the check in they send me to the restaurant to wait for my room the restaurant the person was super rude and they were with bad attitude . then they gave me a room when i got there the room looks like a 1/2 star hotel it was so dirty even I took pictures of the room the AC vents were so so dirty and very hard to breathe so I went to talk to the manager and they denied to cancel my six pay days i did it with Booking.I told the Manager to return my money and they denied to do it he is not really a manager he told me I need to talk to the owners next monday my checking. was a friday Everything was a joke with that hotel so I return the keys and I left .I even told them what is cheaper my $3,780.00 or a bad Review he told me I don’t care so I lost this money Booking also didn’t got responsible for this situation Booking told me we will call you as soon we talk to the hotel they never call me never So if you plan to use this hotel please don’t go

Localisation, interior design and general view for the bay and the port. They also have very good kitchen.

Watch out for „Mountain View” room. It is not mountain but the wall, it should be called „wall view” and this smell of toilette all the time, terrible

La posizione è la struttura in generale che è molto bella ed un potenziale altissimo

La struttura ha del potenziale, ma l’esperienza è stata deludente a causa del servizio e dello staff. Avevo richiesto un’escursione in barca a €150. Al momento della conferma mi è stato comunicato un prezzo di €180, con la motivazione che la differenza fosse a mio carico. Alla mia contestazione, la receptionist ha insistito più volte che fossi io a non aver capito, al punto che mi sono sentita insultata. Solo l’intervento del direttore ha chiarito la situazione, dandomi ragione, ma senza che arrivassero scuse né da lui né dal personale. In piscina non ho mai trovato il bagnino presente (sempre in pausa) e il bar era costantemente chiuso, così come la terrazza/bar dove non era possibile ordinare nulla. Anche la colazione è stata poco piacevole: nessuno salutava o accoglieva gli ospiti al loro ingresso in sala. Nel complesso, più che i disservizi pratici, ciò che ha pesato maggiormente è stata la maleducazione e la mancanza di professionalità dello staff, che hanno reso il soggiorno ben al di sotto delle aspettative.

Los precios del restaurante excesivamente caros para la austeridad de los platos servidos. Si bien el hotel está ubicado en una Ciudad (Porto Cervo) donde los precios son ostensiblemente más caros que en el resto de isla (el doble, literalmente), la prestación debería estar acorde a los precios.
