Mersoy Bellavista Hotel

Great location walking distance to beach shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Hotel not so good put in wrong area of hotel we were adult only put in family area . The hotel did move us twice without any trouble but be aware some people we spoke to were charged extra to be moved do to pay if you booked adult only . Food not to good not a great choice I am not a fussy eater but did go out to eat most days . There are no snacks just breakfast lunch and dinner. No entertainment and bar shuts a 10 . Rooms were comfortable but not cleaned the whole week we were there beds were made and clean towels daily though .Staff not very cheerful. Management not approachable very rude and no people skills . Hotel could be a great hotel if it had some tlc and maybe better staff . Holiday itself but great we did go to the beach most days and it was lovely. You just have to make the most of it .

It is close to beach, location is good, staff is amazing, room is very clean and hamdi,sukru go above and beyond to help and very friendly, also lots of respect, food is not very good but it’s ok, thank you guys, I will return in future

Holiday was very nice. Staff were lovely, especially Hamdi (bar&restaurant) and Meniş (reception). Foods very good at dinner time.

Friendly staff comfy beds food could be better would come again. Resteraunt and Bar staff are so so friendly helpful cannot do enough for you. Supervisor Hamdi best man and very hospitable. Says hello to everyone when he sees them very friendly Thank you for everything see you very soon I recommend for everyone.

The room was cleaned and changed every day staff were friendly the adult pool was kept clean and everyone I met was friendly. Was worried when I arrived due to some bad comments but overall it was a good holiday food was ok no different to any other hotel

We were placed into the wrong bedroom, apparently its common, as there are other reviews mentioning the issue. When we finally managed to get into the room we had booked, the air conditioning and mini fridge were working fine, and the room was clean. The food is very good — not a lot of variety and not english food, but everything is well prepared. As for drinks, if you’re like me and don’t care much for cocktails, the beer is good. There are no snacks available during the day, only the main meals. The hotel isn’t as bad as some other reviews claim. I believe the only real issue is that the staff need better training.

On arrival the hotel looks tired, we were placed into the mersoy hotel not the adult side which is the Mersoy Bella Vista which we booked so after a kerfuffle at reception this was resolved. Its a common issue as when we were checking out 3 couples checking in had the same issue. The hotel doesn't run with enough staff it is basic and in need of updating. That said, our room was clean, the food was great and if you are expecting english food this is not the place for you. The area around the hotel is lovely, lots of shops, bars and the beach is a ten minute walk away. If you are using this as a base its great. Would i stay again, honestly its maybe. Not the greatest, but worked ok for us. The staff are all hardworking and helpful and honestly cannot do enough for you.

Advertised as a 4 star, more like 2 star. If you're expecting a luxury all inclusive experience, then this isn't the place for you. Food not labelled with limited choice, the out side food court was situated near drains which very often came with the smell of sewage whilst eating. limited to 3 cocktails on the all inclusive and all made with lemonade, not fresh juice. All the staff seemed miserable. Make shift rooms, needed a good lick of paint and could do with some basic maintenance. We stayed in a double pool view, bed was rock hard with no furniture to sit on in room other than bed or chairs on the balcony. Fair bit of noise over night with disturbed sleep. Fortunately for us we were prepared to leave the hotel and explore. We also ate out every day due to the bad food, if you're on a budget then this is the place for you but don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out. Best part about the hotel is the pool, but be warned it's a sun trap with limited shade. Hotel location was a 5 minute walk to the beach, local amenities all very close. We Won't be visiting this hotel again but Icmeler is a yes from us!

I have travelled all around the world and I am yet to find a hotel staff less friendly than here. They literally do not speak, not a single word sometimes. The place is shabby and no one seems at all interested in their jobs. There are literally fish skeletons in the flower bed by the restaurant tables, glass and blood on my bathroom floor. Food is edible but uninspiring, drinks are very limited but the beer is nice. Woken several times every night by drunk people arguing, partying or just slamming doors. This place could be so much better with a little bit of effort but no one seems interested in putting in the work. Please do not take the 4 and 5 star reviews at face value, you will be very disappointed.

Staff so lovely and helpful, helped us with any problems quickly and provided excellent information for our trip. Umut at the bar was especially nice, providing excellent service throughout and even going out the way to bring our drinks to us at the pool.
