Mersoy Bellavista Hotel

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please do not book this hotel, it will ruin your holiday. The food is not suitable for human consumption. Its freezing cold and they have a filthy microwave to warm the food up. The microwave has never been cleaned. The staff are rude and confrontational, one waiter started shouting at a man after he asked him not to take his plate when he was out his seat getting a drink. The bar is so understocked it's unbelievable. They must do it on purpose so you go out to get a drink. The pool was murky and very small. It's advertised as an adults only however there was children in and out all day and night. This has been the worst holiday of my life and I will not be returning.

What a awful hole. I've stayed in iclemer 20 times but not here. Dirty, rude staff, not adults only after 6pm as only 1 bar open and that's the screaming brats bar. If you've never trusted a review then please trust this one. 26 Sept 2024. Look around and have a great holiday. Out of 10. Food 1, cleanliness 1, politeness -1. WiFi in room, there isn't any. You have to cross the road to another hotel to use theirs. It seriously is a joke.

If you're expecting a all inclusive with a touch of luxury, then this isn't the hotel for you!! When we checked in, the reception staff were rude and showed no interest at all. I'm not sure he's in the right job! The guy who carried our case was happy and jolly. (The only member of staff who was). Our room was a mix match of furniture, old and tatty looking but did the job. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was rough. The bathroom needs updating, and occasionally we would get a horrible smell. The pool water looks dirty, but it's not. It's because the tiles aren't blue. The pool area needs lots of work doing to bring back to what I would imagine was once a nice area. (It nothing like the photos you see when booking) It's run down and off a poor standard. The pool toilet made me heave, and the smell and cleanliness were awful. ( I've used cleaner public toilets in the uk). Food!!! Where do you start. I'm not a fussy eater. Breakfast I could cope with. No english breakfast, but you are in Turkey. One day, there was a man cooking omelette. Lunch and dinner if you like salad and bread, you're fine. Food is cold and tasteless. Staff are rude again and don't look like they work there. Be prepared and budget to eat out. Drinks at the bar very limited. Beer flat! Cocktails are very sweet! Gin and vodka and wine. The location of this hotel is great.

Wow we gad a room with a pool view,the room was large,and spacious, we laid down exhausted from travelling and the beds were so hard it was like laying on a plank. We asked to change rooms and they did this quickly. We were moved into the family section of the Mersoy .the beds were softer ,but the Aircon didnt work ,the toilet seat was hanging off ,and the lampshade was damaged,the door was sticking and needed a hard tug to open it, when the man came to fix the Aircon he couldn't get out because of the door jamming, and went red ,we went as 4 friends .This Bar was one of the least stocked bars we had ever seen if was empty. Vodka ,watered down Efes was the sum of it . The barman couldn't care less so we had a Vodka with dietcoke fizzing we went out. The following day guess what they had run out of Diet Coke what a shambles .again we went out for drinks and food..remeber this hotel is All Inclusive disgraceful it took him 24 hours to get the difference coke machine working,we are not alcoholics but like a drink before and after dinner,,but even though we paid for all Inclusive we just went out every day .would we go back NEVER ,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .

Dining facilities were atrocious. Very limited food choice with flies, insects flying about all over the food and dining area. Adults only pool was big with plenty of beds, but the staff allowed children to play in the pool and only moved them on when complaints were raised. Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were in every day. Our maid was excellent, leaving clean towels etc. This was the only good thing about the Hotel I'm afraid, Would not recommend and definitely will not be back! The many other guests who voiced their concerns probably won't be back either.

Hiçbir şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum bir kaç kötü yorum vardi cok dikkate almamistim ama almalıymışım. Günlük temizlik yok, degisen havlu falan yok olurda gitmekte israr ederseniz kendi eşyalarinizi gotürün. Yemekler hergun ayni zaten çesit yok çok birşey beklemeyin fiyat olarak uygun olabilir ama biraz daha fazla verin ama hakedecek yerde kalın tatilinizi ziyan etmeyin. Tek iyi şey otel calışanlari guler yüzlü ama telafi etmiyor. Yetiskin oteli diye gidiyorsunuz ama yemek salonuna gittiğinizde olmadiğini farkediyorsunuz.

The Furnesher was old and not clean as it should they to improve housekeeping Cleaing . Location was good food was good

Nothing unique. Food was lukewarm. Disgusting
