The property is old but they have done a really good job keeping it maintained. Very friendly service!

Very Cute, bright, clean room!!! Shower was hot and had good pressure! We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay! Staff was invested and we felt cared for. Centrally located to all of Wells. **Bathroom is small - no counter space. This didn't bother us as we were on an impromptu casual getaway, but if I had been on a work trip or had fancy outings to attend, there was not a lot of space for "primping". We would stay again in a heartbeat!

One night stay—extending a beach vacation to enjoy the fantastic weather, new owner are doing a great job with this property. Pool remains open until october, wide property where you can enjoy peaceful moments.

Older hotel, but clean. Smelled a little musty.

The new ownership is really trying to make improvements and step up this private family friendly great location and quickly! The new super quite AC system, fresh white walls, comforters, and curtains are a fresh touch. We didn’t have time to go to the pool but they had some nice yard games outside and it’s a great location to the beach and restaurants in Wells,

What a marvelous place to stay! We had a cottage for the week but decided to stay an extra night to visit family. We need a room for one night on very short notice. Area hotels not already booked were expensive or required a two-night minimum. We booked here with Coast Village Inn. We called to make sure we had a reservation. The staff could not have been nicer, assuring us our reservation was received and they were looking forward to seeing us! Because it was just one night, we shared a room with our son and daughter-in-law. The room was spacious and spotless with a sparkling clean bathroom. Wonderful shower and water pressure. My son mentioned renting cabins side by side for another trip as the beds are so comfortable and we were so impressed with the service!

Great bang for your buck. Convenient location on rte 1 abd close to several beaches. Clean rooms, with plenty of space. The pool wasn't very big, but it was ckean and refreshing. Also, a very friendly staff.

We love it there. Room is always clean. Bed is very comfortable shower is the best. The pool was sparkling clear, was a little cold lol. We like the location can get anywhere either direction. Awesome breakfast/lunch/dinner at Maine Diner. Looking forward to staying there again next year. See you next year Coast Villiage Inn and Cottages. Going on 8 years staying there 5 🌟 s
