nice, comfortable spot. The pool was great for the toddlers in our group.

Everything was very close by. The staff was great..However, on our 3rd night there, there were a group of people that checked in and sat outside until late drinking, and they got pretty loud. We would stay there again though and would recommend to our friends.

Pros: Very clean; near many amenities; a POOL! Cons: no recycling receptacles; office only open 9am-9pm; didn’t have any complimentary things we may have needed (like plastic forks when our food delivery came without them); NO WIFI IN THE ROOM! (We had to walk outside and stand near the lobby if we wanted any sort of phone service); very thin walls - we could hear every conversation our surrounding neighbors were having; afraid to poop all weekend because there was only about a cup of water in the toilet and it had a hard time just flushing a bit of TP.

First time staying here and I must say it was a delight! Check In/Out very easy. Desk staff so friendly. The rooms have clearly been updated recently. Brand new AC. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The beds were super comfy! (4 pillows and a throw pillow on each bed was a HUGE plus. I travel a lot for work and this minor detail was nice) Grounds were immaculately clean. Pool, cornhole and I believe a grill for common use. Area is convenient to food, shopping, beaches etc. There's a park about 6 minutes away with a waterfall (small) and some cool history. Would HIGHLY recommend.

It was ok. We just had the room for sleeping and showering. It was surface clean. I’m guessing they are half way into remodeling. The WiFi was spotty. I had to stand by the door to get a signal. Could definitely hear all the noises outside. Thank goodness for mostly quiet neighbors. I was surprised that someone came into my room to make my beds after the first night. The carpets need cleaned. My socks were dirty after walking around the room. Location was good. Easy access in & out. Staff was helpful when I had questions. The refrigerator in the room was awesome. Coffee maker in the room is a plus. Towels were new and clean. Bed was comfy.

This Inn/Motel has multiple options including the Inn, motel rooms and cottages. It has a very nice pool and there are pool towels supplied. It is very near beaches, shopping, activities, being right on the main street of town. Rooms are very clean and have a good fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Each is air conditioned. The owners and the help are most gracious and helpful. Charges are typical for the area and the time of year we were visiting. We plan to return.

If you are looking for a place to hang your hat for a night or more I highly recommend Coast Village Inn. I stayed for one night, no minimum stay required unlike a lot of places in the area (attending show at Ogunquit Playhouse) and the room met all my needs. If you want the Hilton this is not it. The motel has 2 floors so if you have mobility issues, like I do, make sure you call to book to get a first floor room. I had the 2 double bed room. It had a super cold AC (with remote) which I appreciated it was very humid the day I stayed. Microwave, coffee pot (not a keurig) they provided the coffee pods and creamer. Everything was clean upon arrival. I got a great sleep it was quiet! I was in room 20 which was on the end. Staff was great! Gentleman who booked my reservation was super! Also, when I got to the motel no way I could climb the steps, a young man brought my room key out to me! Wonderful service! I didn’t use or see the pool but the grounds were nicely mowed. Price was very fair. I would not hesitate to book again!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. When our grandson showed up on the second day of our stay they switched our room without any fuss. The rooms were very nice and recently updated. The pool was excellent. The location was very convenient to many things.

The pool closed all 4 days we were there. No maid service. New owners seem to be more interested in putting up employees then guest there.

The new owner was helpful & asked for info on anything we see that needs work. He even had a welcome card with email addresses. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the emails. The fridge didn't close tight, the back window lock didn't work & they could use a motion light on stairs. The beds were great & the comforter was so soft & comfy. We stayed Oct 8th in room 27.
