Coast Village Inn & Cottages

There were literally no outlets in the room to plug in a c-pap machine or anything else. Nothing was updated. The towels were paper thin and worn out and there was zero internet in the rooms. It was a very disappointing stay.

I did not stay at this property because my room was double booked so when I arrived to check in owner informed me of this and guaranteed I would receive 100% refund. That was one week ago and I still don’t have my refund. This is no way to treat customers!!

One of the most rundown rooms we have ever stayed in. Door blind was torn, lampshade was torn, sheets didn’t fit the bed. We slept in our clothes because the room just seemed dirty. The price for this small, rundown room was outrageous. We would never stay here again.

I thought the room was extremely clean, my disappointments were that the TV had no internet service. Called the office and was told it would be bubbled up to the owner might be 2 hrs or more. Surprise the office would then be closed. Also, no Air conditioning room registered 80-83 degrees. I would give this location a "7" it was because it was so clean.

There were a few issues but the owners were nice and wanted to make things right.

Beds were comfortable, pool was great. Really enjoyed the grill and fire pit area, would be useful with a longer stay. The room was hot and no way to adjust our air conditioner. By the time we realized this, the office was closed. Staff was very friendly.

The room was very clean, but for 2 people they left 1 bath towel, 6 hand towels and 3 washcloths!!! There was one small bottle of shampoo and 1 of lotion, no body wash. There was no coffee pot and the AC did not work. The pool was only open from 10 to 7, no way to come back from dinner and jump in to cool off. Parking was terrible, we have a big truck and the lot was packed and was very difficult to get into a spot or back out. GREAT LOCATION THO!!! We would not stay there again due to the issues above.

Julianna was the best host. She had Chad get us a room key even though we weren't expected. Some how our online reservation didn't get into her local Inn system but she was able to get us a room without stairs to accommodate us. If you are looking for the most up-to-date room appointments this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a sparkling clean room and great service you will be happy to stay here as we were. Think Caribbean charm meets Coastal Relaxation. Julianna trains her staff to clean all surfaces (even the walls) and to meet the guests every need. It was a good night sleep after a long drive with car trouble.

Staying at the Coast Village Inn And Cottages was and awesome experience from the start. Julianna treated us like if she knew us from a long time ago when it was our first time visiting her lovely Inn. She was kind enough to let us choose from a king size bed cottage or a regular room with a king size bed. Many places will just give you wathever they want and sometimes even if you don't like the room they won't change it. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. The pool was great also nice and clean and private. Next time we go we will definitely have a nice fire in their inviting fire pit. The staff were very kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. Definitely a beautiful place that we can afford and that we can't wait to be back too. So many fun things to do right around the corner, excellent places to eat and even the beach that we enjoyed so much. The room needs a good cleaning the wall by closet had spilled drinks down the wall. The tub was walls was gross.
