Bo Phut Resort & Spa

Stayed here for 8 nights and cannot find anything to criticise. We stayed in a garden villa, it was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel has all the mod cons but retains the Thai charm. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling, every one deserves a mention. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and hope to stay again! I wish I could give 6 stars!

Pool and beach were excellent. The room was clean and the bed was huge. Breakfast was very good but we didn’t find the Thai restaurant’s prefixed dinner to be very good unfortunately.

My favorite place I stayed during my Thailand trip! Gorgeous resort. Spa was relaxing. Great location - beach access and a quick 10min walk to Fisherman’s Village. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, comfortable, and had a lot of amenities.

We have just completed two weeks at the Bophut Resort and Spa and have had a wonderful time. Hotel is traditional in its furniture however everything is spotless and the staff are exceptional they could not do more for you and so attentive to every need. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for your stay in this area. Our thanks to all who made our stay to special.

The stay here in Bophut Resort and Spa was a dream! The rooms are very large and spacious, making it ideal for couples and families. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous, and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The entire resort is very clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of hot dishes, which is something I personally value. It is located next to Fisherman‘s village (a night market really nice to walk) and easily accessible on foot. For a relaxing and peaceful stay, Bophut Resort and Spa is my top choice. I will definitely come back!

So i am really not sure where to start with this review…. Having spent a few weeks travelling Thailand I thought it would be a good idea to end it with a seven night stay here at Bo Phut resort and spa… this was my last stop on my travels and i was unsure what to expect after such a life changing and memorable time prior to coming to Koh Samui…. And i tell you this resort far exceeded my expectations and my concerns. This resort is classed as 5 star but i can assure you it is much more than 5 star and the staff that work there make it so. The food here is amazing. They have a great menu all day in the pool restaurant and slso they have a thai restaurant that opens every other day and wow!!! The food is somewhat else…, if only we could get food like this in the uk. If you are worried about eating Thai food then seriously this is the place to start. Breakfast is great and a good selection with the best egg station I have ever seen. From checking in to checking out we were treated like royalty. The staff are so lovely (as are most people in Thailand) and attentive beyond belief. You literally don’t have to do a thing or lift a finger. I need to give a special mention to Natty and Nok who were the best hotel staff i have ever met and made our stay so memorable The villa we stayed in was 105 and we stayed for seven nights from march 11th - 18th 2025. The villa was unbelievable it was so big and so clean and our cleaning lady was the best on the planet who taught us some thai phrases and we laughed with her so much. Our villa was close to the pool which was wonderful and warm and also had easy access to the beach. I honestly can not praise this hotel enough and i know its in the top of top hotels in Thailand but i personally think it has to certainly be the best hotel in koi samui and hopefully one of the top 5 in the country. There is a lovely spa here which is absolutely magical and well worth a visit. Also nothing is problem for them from organising trips to printing you boarding pass they are exceptional people. The hotel is a short walk to Fishermans Village which is to the left as you leave the hotel and there are lots of local restaurants and bars as you turn right. On check out i was literally in tears as i was so overwhelmed. I really appreciated when all the hotel staff lined up to wave goodbye. I cannot put into words how they made me feel. The only thing I would recommend every traveler to do is respect and embrace the culture and learn a few thai words and phrases as they really respect people who make an effort wether you are good or not it will make a huge difference to staying in Thailand in general. I want to say thank you to all the staff from the kitchens, pool staff, waiters, housekeeping, security, reception. You absolutely blew me away on what has been a life changing journey.

This is the third time we've stayed @ The Bo Phut Resort and Spa and it once again it was a wonderful experience. It is well located, well laid out, comfortable, relaxing and a truly beautiful, well priced resort. Their spa is very special - amazing beauticians and massage therapists. The food, the staff, the feeling you get when you are there is so nurturing and kind. I cannot recommend it enough.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very calm and peaceful, the staff are wonderful and so welcoming. So nice not to be in a large corporate hotel, here the staff get to know you and personalise their service. Beautiful villas, spotlessly clean and steps from a lovely beach. Nice to be able to walk along beach (or road) to Fisherman’s Village where there are lots of excellent restaurants and the largest market I have ever seen! 100% recommend.

Honestly, just perfect. Only 60 rooms or villas, pool and restaurant right by the beach. Everything was immaculate from the grounds, the rooms and the service was second to none. A little oasis in a lively area which is just what we wanted - the Fisherman’s village and Wharf night markets are great and just a short walk away. Great variety of delicious food in the poolside restaurant and the on site Thai restaurant was excellent too. Hope to return one day. Thank you
