Amazing 8 days away with 2 adults and 2 children, we will be back! That is for sure! Family friendly and entertainment is great. Jozef is great!

Not recommended I’ve stayed here for 6 nights - 2 kids and 2 adults. I would explain below why I would not recommend going to Tunisia or even this hotel. First I want to point the good things, on day 2 of being there, my daughter had a fall and we had to take her to hospital where we found out she broke her clavicle. The hotel stuff were so helpful!! I could not thank them enough- there was a lady and a man( I think the lady was called Safia) they went above and beyond to help us, which I’m soooo grateful. The hotel food was good. There were plenty of options to choose from Below I will explain my reasons why I wouldn’t recommend Tunisia or this hotel: 1. We had to take my daughter to hospital- it was a nightmare, I had a panic attack and felt hopeless- the hospital was so dirt, they would sterilise or even wipe down the beds, there was dried blood on the bed, vomite on the walls, dust, rust etc at some point a male who was diagnosed with TBC was put in same room as us and he was coughing and spitting- it was the worst nightmare as a parent, feeling like you can’t protect your child. 2. Everyone is very greedy. Starting from the doorman who was chasing us for money and tip to the receptionist and sellers on the beach. We asked reception to book a taxi for us to return to the airport, the man said it will cost 120dimes, we agreed than he asked us to pay him. When I explained that I dont feel comfortable giving him any money, especially when the taxi is booked for the following morning, I’ve explained that I will pay the taxi man at the point of arriving to the airport. The reception man then refused to book a taxi for us unless we paid him. When we left we had my languages in the lobby, waiting for the taxi. The doorman come and asked if we need help, we said no we just waiting, he than said we can wait outside and took our bags out, than waited for us to pay him. 3. Scammers They will all try to scam you! We wanted to go to medina - which was only 10minutes drive from the hotel. We took a taxi that was outside the hotel and asked him to take us to Sousse Median, he asked the big one or the small one ? We don’t know which one is what, but we obviously we would like to go to the big one if there is more to see. The taxi man then proceeded to take us outside the city and told us he will wait for us at the medina and he will take us back. My husband and I realised this halfway through and told him to stop and asked to be taken back as that’s not what we agreed- we had two small kids with us. He then dropped us off at the medina we asked for initially. As we go off the taxi and made our way to the medina a male approached us and he said he is the security guard at our hotel and he recognised us. He than explained about the medina and what we can find, he than start following us, we said we will be fine and we don’t need help but he was very insistent and took us in a shop, explained about the condiments etc we than had to tell him that we will do our own things and we don’t need help. 4. There is so much rubbish everywhere- the beach is full of it. We were cleaning it at some point as the kids were playing in the sand and kept finding glass, plastic bottles and cigarettes Overall don’t go!! We’ve been to Morocco before and it 10x better

I only used the hotel for room was out everyday. But even then fire alarm went off very late for ages, people noisy outside rooms drunk, no CCTV in the dark hallways or elevators. And absolutely not safe for women - from experience.

This is a honest review, we stayed there for 1 week, It was some good and some bad , I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again. Entertainment was fine always something going on and the team is nice. The reception staff - RUDE. The food 5/10. We had 4 good nights 3 bad food, No food for kids there. Food was luke warm too. There is lots of snack bars there for daytime. The drinks were fine, bottled drinks, bar staff half and half but always run out of cups at pool bar. The toilets are very smelly and in cubicles so no air flow. The pillows are made of rolled up balls very uncomfy. They also don’t clean ya room they just make your bed and toilet rolls. 2 days in a row we had no towels. The pool was nice and sunbeds lots of. There is taxi men outside calling you within seconds. And if you walk don’t fall for the scam of a local man giving you a English £1 coin and asks for Dinah!!!

We are having a fantastic stay and are genuinely pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and hospitality. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes the atmosphere truly wonderful. A very special mention goes to the animation team, especially ZIZOU, who is doing an outstanding job. The energy, entertainment, and interaction with guests are exceptional and make every day even more enjoyable. The whole team creates an amazing atmosphere for both adults and children, always with a smile, positivity, and professionalism. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable — we highly recommend this place and would be happy to return!

I was genuinely surprised by how welcoming and accommodating the staff were throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was that almost everyone could speak at least a little Polish, which made communication so much easier and added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service from start to finish. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a truly welcoming environment.

After reading many reviews on this place, was abit unsure about booking, but I must say it was a very pleasant holiday, staff very friendly and helpful, would advise to tipping the staff, food very good especially have lunch in the Neptune restaurant outside great place, we drank most of the time at Tiki Bar, rooms good little dated but cost for the holiday was ond of the best for what was on offer. No real negatives to say, beach could do with a good clean, some shape objects in the sand, bar and food good right by the beach, as said what we paid for holiday more than we could expect, if you want a holiday doing nothing just lying on the beach this is spot on. Two staff I will say great but all very good, Cashier FADHEL very helpful and answered questions, Waitress at Neptune restaurant IMEN.F lovely person. This place is worth a visit

Best holiday even happens to me iam so honneur to be in this hotel just one thing I wanna talk about is the entertainment team that who really make our holiday and the big thanks goes to the artist Saif the assistant chief who is absolutely lovely and kind All thank to all the staff as well who were helpful and the guest relation Mouhib See you soon

Booked as a cheap little get away and I guess you get what you pay for. The room although big was terrible beds I could feel every lump in it, the towels horrendous I wouldn't dry my dog let alone my children. Floods of water in the bathroom. The food was very poor and completely unsanitary. Someone serving you chips with their hands no gloves. Raw next to cooked meat. Drinks in smallest plastic cup possible (i don't drink alcohol so wasnt looking to get drunk just quench a thirst) The pool although clean the floor around it is super slippy in 7 days there wasnt a day without someone going flying!. The only thing I liked was the very sweet kind girl who ran the kids club... Added a few pics.....see for yourself! If I could get a refund i would . Also when leaving Tunisia prepare to be robbed of your money from the police who "check" your passport took 20 dinars and £30 english pounds of the lady infront of me they made her empty her purse (luckily I had no purse or cash to take)
