My first time in Tunisia on a solo holiday, the hotels location was great , my room was on the second floor with the sea view , rooms were slightly a bit dated but nothing to complain about , cleaner was in everyday she was lovely, hotel staff were very helpful if there was any problems the manager was always around , the food and drink was lovely a lot to choose from not the same everyday , I would definitely go back for the money I paid it was well worth it

The atmosphere and energy here is unmatched. They go above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the staff are amazing.

This was honestly the worst holiday experience we have ever had. The food was absolutely disgusting. Within 48 hours, I became severely ill with diarrhoea and vomiting. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this was the worst food I have ever experienced at a hotel. There were barely any food options, and even the children refused to eat. The reception staff were rude from the moment we arrived. We were unbelievably accused of stealing a pen ...which was ridiculous and insulting. We were also told to move our children from the waiting area because they were “making noise”, despite the fact they are babies under 3. I became so sick during the stay that I was vomiting everywhere. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent most of it feeling miserable and counting down the days until we could go home. On the final day, we booked a private transfer to the airport, only to find out they were trying to overcharge us and include other people in what we had specifically paid to be a private transfer. It was only after we complained and refused to pay the full amount that they suddenly changed their minds. There was also very little to do at the hotel apart from sit by the pool with the kids. The only positive part of this trip was the local shops outside the hotel. Overall, this was an awful experience and the worst holiday we have ever had. I could not wait to come home.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Absolutely lovely hotel, staff are very friendly, animation staff are incredible especially Max - very helpful. Room is very nice and spacious, had a lovely view. Staff been very helpful especially with my Nan as she is disabled. Would definitely come back to the hotel.

Absolute shambles of a hotel. The bedding was dirty, hygiene standards were appalling, and the food was genuinely disgusting. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. We even saw cockroaches on food surfaces, which says it all. Expect long queues just to get something to eat as well. The pictures are completely misleading — what you see online is not what you get. We only lasted one night and checked out the next day. Avoid this place at all costs. It is definitely not worth it !!!

Great Stay – Comfortable and Good Value (March 29 to April 2) Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially in terms of comfort and service quality. Pros: - Clean and modern room, very comfortable from the moment of arrival. - Food was varied and tasty, with a strong presence of traditional Tunisian dishes. Fresh fish was available daily with different options. - The kitchen staff were efficient and proactive, stepping in to manage and reduce waiting time. - Clean and heated indoor pool, ideal given the unstable weather during my stay. - The outdoor pool is excellent and enjoyable. - Beautiful beachfront location, which really enhances the overall experience. - Good location, close to Abu Jaafar promenade, making it easy to go out and explore. - Free bottled water available at the bar for All Inclusive. - Very attractive price, especially with discounts – great value for money. - Wi-Fi is good in common areas but weaker inside the rooms (6 floor) - The hotel seems more suitable for couples and adults looking for a calm and relaxing stay. Families with children might prefer larger resorts Conclusion: A very good option for those seeking comfort, good food, and a nice seaside location at a reasonable price, especially outside peak season.
