"Good location and sympathetic to current renovation but even more need for better customer service"

Pleasant historic building in a good location and current renovations look as if end product will provide a more modern experience

Member of staff on arrival was short on knowledge customer skills and rapport which made it all a bit uncomfortable as a first impression

Property was in a central location. Lovely young staff on site. Bedding and towels looked clean.

Extremely basic, small and tired- very much like old student lodgings. Nowhere to do hair and make up. Tv temperamental, toilet brush placed high and looked dirty, made me feel sick! bed lumpy and headboard banged at the slightest movement. Ran out of toilet paper, although replaced when staff came back on site. Very little shower jel provided- really not worth the £100 paid- fine if you just need a bed for the night but the price is high for what you get!
