Staff very nice and friendly

Mattress awful for both beds king size and sofa bed Then final morning decided to try the jacuzzi and apparently was leaking in the room below very disappointed as paid good money for 2 night stay and fit the room which was not meant to be a basic room

It is conveniently located and clean.

It is a little bit eerie with no staff around most of the time, no breakfast facilities either. It is ok, but I would definitely go elsewhere the next time I go to Knighton.

"Was not what I was expecting."

The location is beautiful.

When I booked this hotel on booking.com, I was under the impression that I was booking a hotel, with Staff etc. I only saw one person on the desk who worked from 3-8. After that the place was completely unattended by any staff. Which I found a little worrying. It seems that it is an Airbnb. Which is fine if thats what you know you were you booking. Unfortunately I did not.
