The Knighton Hotel

Really nice room with a glass roof, so perfect to look at the stars and had fun deciphering cloud shapes with my daughter. Only small grumble is there is not a mirror in the room to do hair and make up, only 1 in the bathroom which is not appropriate. Other than this, we had a nice stay

Central location but my room was quiet with no outside noise. Self check-in was OK. Strong WiFi.

Ended up having to provide a copy of my id via email before recieving the check-in instructions. The link provided in the messages was wrong.

Great location and has been well refurbished

Unfortunately the renovation works are not completed so there is no bar or food but no worries, there are plenty of alternatives in Knighton. Must say, the renovation work is being completed to a very high standard and this hotel will be a real asset to Knighton when it is fully completed

Good traditional hotel with quality fixtures, etc., private parking, friendly informative staff and walking distance of amenities.

There wasn’t a restaurant or bar onsite but plenty of options within a short stroll due to the central location of the hotel.

Location for what I needed was good. Although unattended when I arrived late, entry was well thought out.

No cooking facilities are offered at all, so there is no opportunity to grab a breakfast.

Lovely place and building.

Sewage smell in the bathroom, earie building that's half closed off and pitch black. It's not a hotel as labeled. It's basically a small flat, but without the facilities. Awkward key access system.

Good location -near train station, friendly staff!

The facilities were fine and the bed was comfortable. The location was fine.

There were no staff at the hotel! We thought we had paid for bed and breakfast. When we arrived we could get into the hotel but there were no instructions on how to get into our room. We called an 0333 number - the operator was helpful but it was hard to understand her. She told us how to access our room. She also said there would be someone at reception in the morning but there was no one there the next day. So no breakfast.

The toilet area was so small even Victoria secret models couldn’t use. Only one cup even though it was booked for two and the kettle leads too small it has to go on floor health and safety issue there . The lift still out of action it’s been nearly a year since I said about it. And only two towels not that matters because you can’t get in the shower . It’s a shame because last two stays were lovely but this bathroom let this room down
