Professionalism at all forms. I had a pleasant stay and the views from the room was awesome. They have shuttle pick-up and drop-off to certain point if you are going out from the hotel. If i ever come back to Shimla, this hotel will be on my first thought.

Wifi could have been better, especially for customers who depends on wifi. It was bit annoying at times

The connectivity between the hotel blocks and the restaurant was inconvenient, making it less accessible. Additionally, the approach road to the hotel was poorly maintained, which detracted from the overall experience. What could have been better? Improved connectivity between hotel blocks and the restaurant, along with a well-maintained approach road, would greatly enhance the guest experience. These upgrades would make the property more convenient and enjoyable.

Nothing as such. Parking that too was very tight, one cant park themselves.

- Behaviour of staff - They charged my Credit Card without my consent and knowledge. I think this is illegal in India. I didnt enter any OTP or Pin code even. I have raised a dispute also for the same. - Room view was pathetic as they had seating area of restaurant outside my room, so cant keep curtains open as it hampers the privacy - When I asked to change my room they simply told me that they cant offer any other room in same category and if I want I can withdraw my stay but they wont return my money. So Ill have to loose my money. - All services were closed or something or the other not functional. - Kids room was too cold and they didnt have heater in it. One heater was der but it wasnt working. - All other services were below average. - Food quality & taste was below average - My room didnt have lift access
