Best Western Hotel Centre Reims

The location was very good

The air conditioning was basically none existent on the 4th floor and it was extremely uncomfortable. We were not made aware that the hotel was being renovated and so we were woken up most days by the noise from the work being done

Zentral gelegen, Innenstadtbereich problemlos fußläufig zu bewältigen.

Wegen Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel läuft man durch mehrere Baustellenbereiche.

les tentures ne fermaient r pas correctement, à 5h30 il faisait clair dans la chambre, c'est très désagréable pour quelqu'un qui est sensible à la lumière

De airco en het bad, mooie kamer Perfecte ligging om alles te voet te doen

Verbouwingswerken bezig in de gang waar wij lagen De Tv die niet werkte Ontbijt was chaotisch, men moest naar alles vragen, borden, bestek, glazen, tassen. Het eten was niet aangevuld, geen fruitsap, vleeswaren,..... Na de vraag om bij te vullen stond er warm fruitsap en 4 plakken ham.....

This was a nice hotel right in the center of Reims. There's a underground parking lot just 50 yards from its front door. There was a problem with one of the rooms -- the AC wasn't working -- but the staff worked hard with us to find a work around. There was no hestitation about refunding our money for the room. The staff was also very helpful as we made our plans to visit Reims.

Excellent location, but navigating to the hotel was challenging due to one way system and traffic bollards

Under renovation during visit. Very overpriced for room quality/facilities

Suite à la chaleur , le climatisation ne fonctionnait plus et nous avons été relogés au Bristol hôtel, donc je ne peux pas évaluer le Best Western.
