Best Western Hotel Centre Reims

Absolutely disgusting. We checked in which was a shambles. Got to our room and booked another hotel straight away. Best western should be ashamed to put their name to this building. The lift was very temperamental, then we had to try and pass all the junk left in a partly renovated hallway as the pictures show, when we finally made in to our superior room it was dreadful, worn out, dirty and smelt disgusting, the safe wasn't even attached to anything!! The receptionist spoke to her manager and they told us to request a cancellation and they wouldn't decline it. They declined it so not only is the hotel a disgrace they are scammers to.. How they sleep at night running an unsafe,dirty, scruffy building I do not know.

We booked the best western hotel for a family stop over on the way home from the south of France. On check in we were told of a technical issue. And we could not stay at our chosen hotel. We were ushered across the road to another hotel. Not the best western. A more cheaper run down place instead. We had no choice as we had traveled all day. We booked two rooms next to each other for our daughter. Who was now 2 floors up. The technical issue was over booking. We were also told our parking would be 70€ which I declined as it seemed rather costly. Funny enough it was free on departure. Really bad experience and costly would never recommend the hotel at all. It’s a shame as Reims is a lovely city. But this Hotel are taking the opportunity to see off the tourists.

The hotel we booked looked nice enough. However the hotel we were taken too was run down uncomfortable and tired. Sink loose toilet loose great cracks in the walls etc. you get the picture if I had know this was the case would have booked another hotel. The air conditioning worked. Free glass of water. I did not have a half eaten pastry left on the side though.
