Porto Vista Hotel Downtown

The Porto Vista Hotel was the perfect weekend getaway to San Diego. It’s close proximity to downtown and the airport is ideal, and it’s rooms she comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I especially appreciated how friendly the hotel staff were and how nice the view was from the restaurant deck! I’ll definitely be back.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop has an amazing view. The location is right in the middle of everything, which made it really easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel didn’t really look like how it was in the pictures, I expected way more bc that’s how the pictures made it seem. I felt like I was in a motel but at least the staff was nice.

The room was ok. The shower didn’t have body soap in the containers. I asked the front desk to get house keeping to fill it and they said right away. I was there three day and it wa never filled. The containers had rust all over them. The bathroom sink was barely attached.

Great little spot. Will visit again. Only negative is how slow their elevator is, especially since they only have 1 in the lobby. They do have a second one if you’re not on the top floor.

Rust on shower amenities staff friendly yes there were shops and lots of restaurants didn’t see or was I told about did see when I booked advertisement was a little misleading

I arrived a little early and the front said let us see if we could accommodate you and then said we got you covered your Room is ready now what more can I say great service
