Great experience excellent distance to shopping area & local restaurants nice room with all amenities and balcony

I stayed at this Hotel 8/9 yrs ago , today it’s like a very low warn out establishment Only 1 out of 3 lifts work, No Restaurant, rooms extremely sparce, I had 3 rooms, first room already occupied, 2nd room bathroom flooded, 3rd room door card constantly not working. Breakfast appalling !! Very very little choice, sliced white cheap bread, scrambled egg, sausages, bacon & beans, fruit juice, tea/coffee machines, 3 cereals, whole milk, yogurt. Guests constantly complaining at Reception, see pictures

No WiFi, no clean and unsafe

We found a cockroach in our room, (we had two rooms). The A/C didn’t work for two full days, they placed a fan instead, then they finally changed us the room. We (two of us) paid for breakfast. One of us bought breakfast for 3 days and my roommate bought other 3 and plus one. My roommate used all of her breakfast for her and grandkids. I attempted to use my second one when I was surprised by Ryan asking me to go with him to the main hotel where Tony and “G” were. Tony saw us buying all of those breakfast but insisted that my roommate’s grandkids used mine. I explained and Tony agreed that many were bought. Tried to go back to finish my breakfast and in front of all the guests I was told they were going to call the police on me. I requested the police to check the cameras. I was threatened in from off the guests, the took my voucher and then they told me that it was ok, they were going to give me that breakfast for free, after they insisted I had to pay and removed my voucher. At the end, I couldn’t use the rest of the voucher the hotel owes me €8 for the breakfast I didn’t have and a huge apology for embarrassing me in front of the hotel guests. Tony and Ryan made my stay HELL!!! Beware, sometimes saving $100 will ruin your vacation!! I have the pictures to prove everything I have written here. Vouchers etc. I had to make a complain and have the picture too. Please, please beware!!!

Awful from all sides!!! The water was running in the closet all 7 days we stayed there, the balcony door didn’t work well, the floor wasn’t clean when we first came in and even after. Everything is old and needs repairing, very noisy from outside and inside you can hear your neighbours snoring …..etc. I would never recommend !!!!

It is SO bad. 1* hotel at best. Staff - So rude, unhelpful, aggressive. Smoking outside reception is not a good look. Asked for them to replace the coffee sachets in the room….still waiting… Room - Dirty. Towels weren’t changed daily, sheets weren’t clean, the bin in the bathroom was rusty, toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. Shower head was also loose. The tv also kept randomly coming on during the night. Wifi - doesn’t work Breakfast - aboid at all costs. Just depressing. Small selection, stale bread, horrible coffee. We only ate there once. Elevator - only one of two work and it takes AGES to arrive once you call it. The ‘cocktail’ bar - just no The pool - unattended, depressing, umbrellas that fly away at the slightest hint of wind. I wish I’d read the reviews before booking. It’s truly awful, and I’m not a fussy person. I think the staff were deliberately being rude so people leave bad reviews - maybe the owners are underpaying them or treating them badly. Nothing about this hotel is anywhere near 4*. Do not go here.

I understand you get what you pay for, however this was below expectation for the cheap accommodation! To start with the hotel couldn’t find my booking which wasted half a day of my holiday. The service from one particular employee asvin was far below expectation I’m multiple instances . I was then given a dirty towel by the cleaners. The WiFi was not available in my room so I had to go down to reception to use it. The only positive with this hotel is the great location it provides.
