Apartamentos La Peñita

Location was great

Old sun loungers old parasol stands all rusty not working breezy day one flew up out of stand nearly hit my son in the head reported it to reception they just took our parasol away left with no shade

Nice apartment, pool, beautiful pool bar with views and good food.

Noise due to construction work going on below our rooms

Loved the location, staff were extremely helpful and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again with a friend. I loved the relaxed atmosphere.

Lots of light at night around pool reception etc but not enough outside apartment. I was a little nervous returning to apartment alone when it was dark. Amanda was very kind organising a taxi for airport at 4.30 am . She explained there’s no staff on duty at that time. I was travelling alone so I was quite nervous of that Taxi would not turn up ( which it did, thankfully) and while I was waiting outside alone an intoxicated male resident sat with me while I was waiting for the taxi. I was uncomfortable. It’s a shame they don’t have 24hr reception/ security because it’s an amazing complex. But this worry wouldn’t be a problem if you travelling with a friend/ partner.

The pool area has potential, the staff in the bar were very friendly

There was lost of construction work being carried out during our stay, that was not mentioned prior to our stay or upon booking. It’s also a shame the rooms don’t sleep 4 as there is enough room in the lounge for a double sofa bed.
