Zafiro Mallorca & Spa

My family loved the resort a lot most especially my kids who enjoyed all the activities available from the mini club, to shows in the evening, and breakfast & dinner buffet.

The pool wasn’t clean and water was so cold so the kids didn’t enjoy that much.

So much for the kids to do and staff are so friendly. We received a bottle of wine in each room as repeat customers. We love Zafiro Mallorca.

Can't really think of anything. One small thing might be for an option to get a coffee for people not opting for breakfast in the morning. Coffee in pool bar was lovely but had to wait until 10.30 with kids awake at 6am :D

The swimming pool is great. Kids really enjoyed it

Our room wasn't great value for money. We choose the self catering option but the kitchen facilities in room were fairly limited.

The hotel facilities are great. The apartment is super spacious and we'll maintained. The staff is super friendly and relaxed. I enjoyed the sportive activities, and the pool. There are also great drinks at the bar and price is very good. It's excellent for families with kids.

There are a few points for improvement: first, the spa area and facilities were not fully working. The whirlpool was off and all these nice massage showers and so were not working, a pity. The second improvement point is the quality and options of food in the bistro restaurant. Food was not really tasty, too basic and so not Majorcan, another pity. The last point for improvement is the lack of kitchen crockery if you want to have breakfast or lunch in the apartment. Some little bowls for milk and cereal would be great to have.

it was nice and big, the room was comfortable and the bed was very big.

I didn’t like a few things: - Pools closing at 6pm - I think the adult pool should stay open longer as not everyone has travelled with kids - After about 10pm or so it’s hard to find any food in the hotel, also seemed their was no room service. I had to walk to the beach area about 15mins if I relaxed for too long and overslept. This was a-bit scary at night as a solo traveller. - The water fountains really need to be cleaned, they have a terrible smell -Bathroom was outdated

Brillant stuff, lots of things going on..very pleasant relaxed atmosphere..staff are amazing and service was brillant.

Spa area things were not on and no staff to ask.. No clear signage to show changing room etc to put stuff. Could have provided list of spa treatments and activities timetable when checking in.

The staff are amazing and great fun for kids with lots of activities and engagement We had good food and the drinks we great (none of the watered down cheap stuff)

The pools are very cold and some facilities eed to be upgraded. Fountains at the front were not working and so the stagnant water had flies and vegetation growing.
