Liked our penthouse suite with the pool. Staff were pleasant enough.

The food in the buffet was very repetitive. Pool bar was only place you could get a drink during day and didn’t open until after 10am. I liked the fact sunbeds couldn’t be reserved however a bit of come and go regarding going for lunch during day or going for a drink at the bar without a notice being put on your towel. I felt there was no real supervision on the bubble in the pool was a bit chaotic at times with both adults and kids and lifeguards didn’t seem to care I’m surprised no one was I l hired although I did see a little girl try do a rolly polly and she hurt her neck! No snacks available at night had to pay extra for things like popcorn even though machine was mostly always out of order. We were all inclusive would be nice if we had some drinks available in the room fridge but only had one bottle of water we got at start of our stay and was never replaced. I also arrived around 1130pm myself with 2 young children I was directed to my room which was other side of hotel in the dark I had no clue where to go and wasn’t offered any help with a porter I had to carry 3 large cases up 2 flights of stairs as I couldn’t see a lift even though once I eventually found my room there was one right beside it. We arrived at our room around kidnight I had 2 excited kids wanting to see the room and eventually we settled to go to bed! I got the biggest fright 30 mins later when security arrived at my door saying there had been a noise complaint due to music coming from my room!! I had no music and advised I was putting children to sleep! Surely some common sense to see that we had only just arrived we were trying to find room then settle down as had a busy day! No one could offer me help to my room with my cases however someone was available to knock on my door because some idiot complained for nothing!

Hotel is a good choice in general, loads of activities for kids, would recommend for families. The location is quite good as well- 15mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were being cleaned every day.

The air conditioner was working very loudly. Apart from this, no other concerns or comments .

This was a great hotel for families with toddlers. The kids pool was great, the kids entertainment was so good, the playground and all the kids loved Izzy. It was close to the beach and restaurants.

The food was good but not amazing. I wouldn't have been able to eat there every day buy fine for one or two evenings.

Issue with toilet which was reported day after our arrival, say we left it has still not been fixed. We were told property was cleaned daily except Wednesday which I assumed meant floors at least swept but no! what they should say is the beds are made and towels changed as they didn’t clean our apt the whole stay apart from doing beds/towels. Apart from this holiday and hotel was fantastic
